I just like the fact dat his fiancee's betrayal and his parents death actually has an impact on him and changed his character, cuz u know in a lot of books the authors gives their mc a betrayed backstory but not even 2 chapters later they trusting someone or falling for a random pretty girl, and just forget dat not long ago they had got betrayed. So this means a lot to me and I think you caught his pain perfectly, cuz u just don't get over stuff like this no matter what.

What she did was pretty disgusting and I’m glad he told her that all she’ll ever be is a stranger to him. Although I do wonder how their relationship will change, if it does change at all, after they enter the portal😂 Keep the chapters coming!

You should make this salamander evovle into a drake later in the story with low speed but high defences because the main character keep compaling that it would be easyer to level with a team so get a tank and a healer and maybe a assassin
