Nice... I might boldly suggest author to give him more ability? Only focusing on Kizaru way of using is good, but maybe you can take something from other media for different situation? Like for saving or lifting something heavy, he could create light construct like green lantern to easier helping? Like if Bridge or building falling down, he could create construct to hold it or control the fall. If there's fire, he could create light scoop to scoop ocean water and sprinkle it. That's some of example I can think off..

Aww dang, I was enjoying it until school popped up. well its probably for plot reasons and connections to the characters but he seems too strong to be there. Anyway keep up the story author it's a nice fanfic!

what's the point of going ua if he is strong as all might . My personal opinion i would continue as vigilante with underground connections. With that amount of power ı would no way bow to anyone or law. Public loves him anyway money wouldn't be a problem that much if he somehow marketed himself just like youtuber or other ways. Loved the storys beginning but i think by making him too powerful too early you made it seem useless to join hero's who can't compare with him.

I think it would be interesting for the love interest to be the toga-chan, since I believe she admires the MC as she loved the stain, and that can give several reasons for her to love him, it's the toga that we are talking about talking lol
