interesting he uses fear instead of dedication to excellence and teamwork to motivate his staff. fear and constant pressure of anger from tthe boss just burns out good staff and they quitt in real life from a caustic work life. then all that is left are those that work just for the job and money usually instead of loyalty or being part of something bigger. In fiction you can make the psychology anything you want, of course. Curious to see what you do with it. dan is quite the hot head and he is a bullynwhen he is angry. does he bully people to comply with his wishes when he isn't angry too? It sounds like he does. Curious to see how this plays out with Lilia.
