Idk why, but CassiDy’s “words of wisdom” just seems like too easy of a way out to forgiving Adrian and letting back in her life romantically. It didn’t really sit right with me especially since this whole “amnesia” plot device is already being used to wash away all of adrian’s past grievances towards cassidy. it just seems like she got the short end of the stick and is being taken advantage of. Now you have her saying “oh its okay since People change blah blah blah.” Doesnt really Give off the strong female lead vibe. Realistically, If cassidY had all her mEmories, you know she would probably be singing a different tune and she definitely would not Be anywhere near that family after recovering from the crash. Really wish she could go off on her own adventure and meet new people deserVing of her time and affection but based off of the novel title we all know who the endgame is gonna be.... 😔🥺🥲
