Oh ! this has been my aspirations. As a working mom, juggling work and son's therapy I have first hand knowledge and feeling about that . Though I have my husband , but it was and still is different - almost everything requires mom's attention still
She found one support group of working women who had children with disabilities and her heart went out for that women. Some of them were single mothers and handling work and their kid was very tough for them since they also had financial troubles. Another feather in Author 's cap. You have embedded various contemporary issues weaved between family traditions and values in this story . So satisfying read.
The Palace used ivory for various purposes in the past usually for badges and in furnitures as it was the status symbol of the wealthy in the past. But their great grandfather banned the use of ivory in Rosandale in an effort to conserve elephants. Talia really appreciated it since her mother was involved in some charities protecting the wildlife, especially elephants that were hunted as a sport, trophy hunting and also illegal poaching. - Najad_Sahari1mthCommented
I just love the way Author weave in side stories like this without disrupting the main story. It provide colour to the story and depth to the main supporting male lead. 🤗
