Comments of chapter undefined of I’m Voldemort (MCU Xover)

Can anyone tell me why he doesn't just sorta claim the pretty girl? As a champion of Death his claim should heavily outrank Odin's as a bad father. Especially since it was Death's wish herself not Tom's. Shouldn't Odin respect that?

To be honest, I'm disappointed with how the fight acted out. Tom is mainly a wizard and a sorcerer before his body was upgraded. Heck, they(Tom & The Ancient One) even introduced themselves as sorcerers to the Asgardians. Even if he went easy on Thor, he should've at least used 1 spell. It also has another purpose as he could've shown to Odin what sorcerers can do.
