Please have all muggleborns do inheritance tests to search back hundreds of years to find any magical ancestry. Muggles giving birth to magical ancestry makes no sense. This is the easiest way to correct pure blood beliefs. Also, he should advocate bringing the magical children into the magical world early. Example: How could BOTH Dennis and Colin Creevey be born with magic if their parents had not been from squib lines? What are the odds of both of them spontaneously acquiring magic?
