A body manipulation ability, that maybe only works on himself. Does the price have to maybe do with being nice to people? Not killing them etc?

When some readers can't even handle it when the mc is placed in a bad situation that doesn't end in 2-3 chapters only because someone with a currently greater ability than the mc exist 🙄. These are the same type of people who skip the parts where Amon was toying with Klein. Can't take it because you're trying to think of the main characters as yourselves? heh

ngl. this author always has me on the fence not knowing if I like the novel or not. obv they are a big fan of "weird" abilities that you basically can't defend against, which is both cool and annoying at the same time. idk. cool world, but also seems a bit to hasty of a story. stuff just happening, and no explanation, then something else. repeat.
