for me ronaldinho is the best in skills and tricks all of witch are second to none his only default was his commitment to a free style life from psv to barca ... if and I say if back then was committed to decipline then his achievement would be grater than now .... not saying this to make some people mad or anything it's just sad to see his potential wasted apart from the fact that he said many times that his style was free and unchained that's why when you see him play it's a joy to the eyes
Ronaldinho is probably the most talented futbol player ever. In terms of creativity, i dont think its close, but he also lacked alot in terms of winning. Wiht how much talent he had and with the teams he had, i feel he shouldve won alot more. His career is kind of disappointing with how unbelievable he was. His dribbling was out of this world.
If we consider Consistency messi is the best without any discussion. His "bad" years are so far above 90% of players its ridiculous. Ronaldinho has that elastico dribble which is simply incredible but that didnt translate to being super dominant (he was dominant for sure just not always). Zidane with france was one of my fav players and he wasnt particularly good at dribbling compared to some other top players but he was good at everything and his passing was awesome. In terms of passing Xavi from Barcelona is imho the best ever. Not good at almost anything else but he could: 1. Almost never loose the ball. 2. Deliver accurate passes that never got stolen 90% of the time. The key thing to understand is his brain saw all the pases and quickly chose the good ones and discarded the bad ones. He didnt put the ball wherever he wanted, but he did put it wherever was possible at that moment with more accuracy than anybody else.
What would happen if Zach got all the skills of the greats, taking their best skill set and making it his own? Wouldn't that make him GOAT, I'm a newbie football watcher so although I know of the greats, I cannot analyse them. They all have their strengths and weaknesses, so what woould happen to Zach or the team he joins in the future? Who in this case would be his rival/s?
