I'm really seeing him as hokage he got the strength, skills, looks and is young for the hogkage title To become hogkage you must have the strength, skills and somewhat good looks for your reputation The reason Mei is a hokage is because she is a strong kunochi, bloodline and is very good looking for her reputation the villages do not want a weak,cocky and perverted hogkage it ruin there village's reputation
