In earlier chapters, this inconsistency has occurred a few dozen times. Every time it’s mentioned in Dialogue: Mortal Realm is where MC lives right now. Cultivators who become Immortals will go to the world above us which is called the Immortal Realm. Every time it’s mentioned in Narration: Immortal Realm is where MC lives. Immortal Realm is the world above us where Immortals live. Me: ......... Author or Translator, please type when you’re not high This chapter: “Immortal pills and elixirs can only be found in Above Immortal Realm.” ....... You MTL this, alright. But can you at least edit it properly then? Clearly this sentence actually means something like “Immortal pills and elixirs can only be found above in the Immortal Realm.”

Wouldn't he mix the elixirs with his medicine or something to help the girl and then find out that the elixirs weren't as good? But other then that, Great story so far, you are doing very well!
