Well, Do you have a plan for the Original Cast? I mean will they have the same amount of plot armour they had in the anime? Or is there going to be some major deviations? Like MC becoming the Emperor of Elemental Nations by conquering all the Nations together. Kill off the Daimyos and shit. I think if MC has enough knowledge about the economy and stuff, he doesn't even need to limit himself to the canon timeline. Being Hokage isn't as badass as it was any more in fics. But if he just wishes to be a wandering ninja, then it's fine too. should definitely make his teammates die so he can get conqueror haki, apprenticeships to learn kenjutsu from hayate and his girlfriend (yugao i think), and when tsunade comes he can learn medical ninjutsu and chakra enchanced strength (with obversation haki it'll be easier to learn both), the timeskip to shipudden, will you let him use shadow clone to train in the 5 elemantal release like sarutobi, medical ninjutsu like tsunade, fuinjutsu like jiraiya and forbidden/rare/obscure jutsu like orochimaru? the shedding skin technique and spitting out a new body was cool and useful as ****. will he learn the raikage lightning armor, lariat and the hell stab?
