It's a cliffhanger😁😁 Ms. Adler had foreseen this to happen but only Emmelyn had the power to stop the war from happening. If my memory serves me right, she told Em that she stood between two large armies and holding a torch...If we understand what is happening now, Em is indeed holding a power that will ignite a great war. I hope this war will not happen. Although Mars and Maxim are rivals, I believe that they will like each other eventually. Maxim may have prejudice on Mars but when they will meet and see that Mars loves Em so much he'll understand why the lovely and beautiful Em fell in love with the King of Draec.

I like Maxim however I he underestimates Em love for Mars. She wasnt forced to marry him. she did that of her own will. I know she is mad right and hurt but once she sees Mars I hope she melts like butter.

I love Mars and Em together. I like Maxim, but there’s something about him that puts me off. It’s like he’s too domineering of Em. I feel like Em belongs with Mars.

Why is it some wars began and end over a woman? Emmelyn is not going to like this and Maxim knows it. However, I don't think Emmelyn will give Mars up. When two attractive people such as her and Mars are together. The chemistry and the love making is hard to let go. Sorry but I don't think Maxim is on Mars level in that category!
