But I'm concerned you're the type to say they're natural enemies for some reason or another. I've seen enough coincidences to know he was almost definitely influenced in his previous life by the same presence influencing him in this one. Though I guess I shouldn't foolishly assume who that is. Is the Overlord is the hidden faction, and he hid himself intentionally, there's probably some reason or enemy. A story where the boss cleans up the Lord's every now and then seems a bit simple for your taste...Well, besides the obvious of Lucius resisting it all. Which presumably has some special outcome.
