Actually when you remember that light and dark affinity are the rarest human affinities and that among them space and time mages are not only rare but close to unrival,it's easy extrapolate that they are Important ; so YES feels like a faction aligned with the Oculus and the Dark Elves is killing time mages and space mages are probably looked for by the 3rd Khaos' Champions.

HotlineBlain:Extremely similar, seems like there is some faction within the alliance that is trying to remove time magus from the alliance. Maybe this is relevant to the meeting the oracle had with the alliance man. Seems like time and space users are hunted. Something might also be related to the celestial ground nether world beings too

The formation within the body is similar to what I was talking about for my character suggestion. The difference I had was that it was a dao type formation within the spirit core that sustained and elevated the respective elements. Very interesting
