His personality needs some balance. Maybe its a lot of "years" for him but its just a few chapters for us, he went from borderline psychopath to letting people try to kill him, repeatedly and do nothing. I'm just saying, think of were his personality should be and balance it, going from one extreme to the other just seems like a bad story were his personality changes to fit the plot or because its "cool".

Completely agree... He's had like 5 attempts at his life and such yet he let's them off. Feels like I'm reading a chinese novel where the mc constantly repeats the same thing and has different young masters challenge him repeatedly until the MC grows strong enough to ignore him even after the antagonist beat him and kept well antagonising him...
