My guess is Negary is going to take over Nala and undo all of this quickly. When Nala was introduced, it mentioned that Negary is her other half and can take control but we have not seen this since the beginning. Now would be a good time.
Not suprised for that Granny's betrayal though and I bet Negary also foresaw this while making some arrangements in the dark with Noah or Nala considering that both can be said to be his apostle and half-apostle respectively.
