Thanks for the chapter!!! I can't lie: That ending was big shocker to me, and I am super suspicious about this Myriad Cauldron Sect even more. I honestly approve of Xu Mao trying to tread carefully right now. In fact, I am waiting to see him start nurturing the best medical garden/farm of the sect. Don't understand the power/influence of the farmers (AKA Herbalists). With that said, I never expected Xiong Zhenzhen to be show up again so soon. After all, Xu Mao is still working on his Eighth Tutorial Quest (which should be easier after dipping into the Crimson River and hasn't been finished yet), and he hasn't bought any coffins or discovered methods to cultivate undead. On a side note, now that I think about it, do Chinese Fireworks exist? If so, Cu Mao could work with CJ to create limited amounts of powerful gunpowder which can help fight against those below the [Essence Foundation] realm. He would just need to find a Blacksmith if he wants to create ranged weapons that can use said gunpowder
