Between the two demons' deaths, Raphael can (and probably will) revive and Jennine will not. The tell is the continued existence of Raphael's body versus the puddle that Jennine turned into. Every higher level demon that has truly died, has become a sludge puddle. And Raphael is a higher level demon. He just might need a little help waking up.
