Have you looked at a map, there is multiple islands around Japan that could be where he landed, but the Pacific Ocean doesn’t have anywhere to land on till Hawaii, there is a HUGE difference. Second of all, even if he makes it to America, they will probably attack him. Why not just have them send him over, and not have to deal with the hassle and training he will have to do to to make the trip. And it will take waaay to long to do that, just help them out for a bit. Make things easier for yourself.
Valkry:Yeah... and that conditions.... meh.... the mc said that he wants to go home but i havent read a word about looking at the map or something.... or does the islands moves from its positions or something? Since he had flew from an island to japan, surely he could do it again. Just from japan to nearby island that could lead him to his home.... This is clearly a plot hole that so big its hards to ignore.... MC could just went to a nearby store, buy a map from selling some stuff from recent dungeon run, and plan his route from 1 island to another. And here he is slaving himself for something stupid because some stupid reason. He also said to Ren that he could disappear someday when he find a way home. He telling them how to train is big enough payment since they theoretically could become as strong as him as long they train their magic...... Gonna read some more chapter before deciding to drop or not this since it starts to become boring because that stupid plot hole.....
Can it be that... I don't know... Your Mc is as intelligent as a piece of bread? Of all the things he could do to get home... He takes the one that maybe takes the longest time? Thrusting an Empore that hates his country? Hell if he took of to China, and than try to travel along the coast he would maybe faster at getting home or at least in a country that is not hostile to America. For fucks sake, he could take the route in the north from Europe to Canada. It looks like a typical plot. I had hopes for a epic journey
This is such a classic trope. He know what his goals and priorities are but he just casually accepts demands of others to prove himself trustworthy? He didn't even bother negotiating more or atleast ask for support and information! What a lousy way just to keep the plot going. Such a disappointment this author is.
