talk about a close one! he did take a page from his mentors book and blew himself up. he truly fought to his last breath and planned on taking Ed down with him. perhaps because Ed is doing all this background work when the system's not watching him he's only getting these weird rewards that don't seem useful because that's what he does in actual battle. however I think the system should have rewarded him with a positive sword stat instead of the explosion resistance because he just leveled up explosion to level 3 on his own, but he used the sword a lot in that battle. just my thoughts I wonder what kind of spoils they're going to find?

Bayard was cool af for a minor character, heck the sheer determination was beyond protagonist level

Lol System is a hater. but I guess that's to be expected. the fight was pretty good. Bayard definitely held his own. I agree though, getting back to the orcs would be great. I'm curious to see how they are developing.

Nice battle, it's quite satisfying to see ED, who struggled with low level adventurers to achieve this level of power.
