Soon come, maybe there will be some needed development, I understand the need for comprehensive world and character building. However almost 800 chapters and he's still not much, sure his cultivation base is pretty amazing but he may not be unqiue there's likely others with similar Leveled bases, his uniqness comes from his Astral souls and bloodline with the Eden Mark and his Mind and Void Dao. His alchemy only reaches unfathomable levels because of Eden and the eyes.

Another chapter in which nothing happened... With this pace the novel will end at around chapter 4-5000 i guess. I'm assuming he'll get to the mystic ascendant realm in like 500 chapters. Even though they've lost their awe factor long ago. They're just normal cultivators at this point.

A few interesting things 1. The Higher ups of the 3 factions in the TES are truly screwing up the younger generation 2. Cai Luiyang (sp ?) background is likely terrifying and they are likely to turn the world upside down looking for her killer. 3. We don't have information on Jing Jiu's background but would it be as grand as his lover's. Kevin is laying the foundation for later events in the far future
