You know I kinda feel bad about Mo Shiyun, how her life seems to be spiraling out of control through no fault of her own too. Well I take that back alot of it is through her own faults, but at the same time this story shows that life is all about perceptions. She perceives that Jiling is out to suppress her, and competing with her in all aspects of their lives. When she's not, but instead of confronting her she suppress' all that she is/feels and it spirals into a mess of misconceptions. It makes you question things that have happened in your own life that were not what you thought they were, and how after that one misconception it can throw all further interactions out of line and a snowball effect occurs. Like this story alot, not only because it's a great read, but also because it makes you reflect on your own past and think did what I remember happen as I thought it did, or did I make a mistake and how that one misunderstanding could've changed your reactions/actions and how that could've led to some major changes throughout the rest of your life/different responses and change it's course. (hope I made some sense with my rambling thoughts) đ đ€ đ âș
