Looks like Russ has finally opened his eyes, and understand that Sil and the Blades were never his enemy, that his one true enemies died a long time, and that if he truely want to be free of what happened he needs to help, giving Sil the power needed to finish H. With Sil using Russ's Ability, we might actually see a copy of Quinn able to finally stop H, although I'm not a 100% sure that even Sil would have enough MCs to do it, but hopefully I'm wrong, because H really needs to disappear already.

Russ’ sudden realization his mortal enemy has been long gone and the exact DNA of Hilston in H is all that remains, now softens and has a change of heart towards helping Sil. Let’s be honest here, it’s still about helping himself by using Sil to destroy the Hilston past and present and not about saving lives in the universe. Sil has a great imagination. So Layla got rid of Qi command as well though after the war it won't really be needed and now that Russ is letting go of his anger towards the Blades he is less of an enemy. Plus it looks like Sil will go Quinn Blade so chances are Russ will not need the command to behave.

With Russ' ability, Sill can now use any ability he has seen used. that includes any celestial power. Things are just about to get a lot tougher for H. If I was Sil, I would focus every attack on H's neck and once there is a scratch there, have Minnie use her ring to create space there and pop H's freaking head off, then put his remains in shadow so he can never be used for cloning again.

Sil is plenty strong without needing to use Quinn as a focus of using his memories of Quinn to defeat the Dalki. Now that he has fought H, he clearly knows his strengths and can mimic him well enough to be able to strengthen his own body and use his Superior experience in abilities to defeat him.
