It's kind of sad to see Sil struggling so much because of what happened to him while be held captive, but if anyone can figure out how to beat H, it's Sil. I love that Layla has given Russ a choice, let Sil copy his ability, possibly giving them the best chance to survive or die because of Quinn Qi command for not protecting Layla. To be honest Russ should be happy to work with Sil, because he essentially freed them all after killing Hilston, he's just to thick to understand, although I still hope he dies before the end of the Story.
Is Russ stubborn enough to die just so he knows the Blade family are extinct is he going to kill Jake for something Vicky did . hopefully Sil will accept His ability so he can transform into in his mind the strongest being he's ever known and that would be Quinn Sil always worshipped Quinn back when Vorden was going to military school with Raten and Sil on board he always would watch Quinn from behind Vorden and be in awe of his strength and abilities not knowing what a vampire could do all they knew was the vampire legends and stories that were so old they had faded into myths and fables so when Quinn became a vampire he was on his own knowing nothing about vampires and then got lucky or cursed however you want to side his luckiest break was befriending Layla cause she had read a lot about the legends of Vampires and werewolves and was a willing donor of blood for Quinn early before he'd have to kill a bully to eat and it had to be fresh or put in a special bottle or juice boxes and then the blood would stay good but Quinn didn't have anything for a long time not til he went to the Vampire settlement probably 500 chapters into the book
