Quinn is rebuilding his team with Peter and whom ever wants to join him. Jessica is part of his new team and she is in trouble, so of course Quinn is going to the rescue but Peter is right they usually use plan c. They try what they can but eventually it's always plan c.

Why does it seem that Quinn is collecting a lot of girls at this rate there is going to be a lot of misunderstandings later on. Hannah has the hero worship for Quinn. Well it's look like Hannah will be joining Quinn for a while, and she probably very happy to be away from Ray/Twin-Headed Dragon in Quinn's Shadow. To be honest we all know that no matter what plan Quinn and the other come up with, what Peter said is probably a good guess at how things will end up going.
