Anyone else wonder how Quinn will get to the wedding in the first place? If it’ll be as himself or as Nate Snell? Not sure how it’ll play out but I can see him as follows. “And if anyone has reason why these two should not be wed speak now or forever hold your peace.” Quinn as calmly as anyone speaking: “I object”! No doubt that would make the leader really mad and try to subdue him with one the guards only for Quinn to knock him out(no need for death…yet). “Now I’m not familiar with weddings but I’m pretty sure the objector should be heard not attacked.” Watch the Chained leaders anger boil at this and then most likely call for his head. Cue the fight. We’ll have to wait and see.
What Bliss said in this chapter kind of makes the think the theory I had some time ago is close. My theory had to do with Quins quest to find out more about his Talon side. We know Ray was in al powerful dragon but in MDS his mother was a shaman leader(?) from a tribe. I think that Ray's mother side was a descendent of a god or a human and god. This made Bliss unable to see any future that involved them. I think they said something in MDS about Bliss not seeing other gods in he foresight after they ran into the god of war.
my thoughts I re read the previous chapter and I totally failed to notice that it wasn't the leader of the chained who was a vampire but a servant. I think that's an important detail I got wrong last night. in this chapter I can't help thinking that Bliss is trying to orchestrate something big. Jessica has followed Bliss and now Jessica is buggered by the lack of moves she has left. Quinn is going to be a random factor that is going to make a mess and break stuff, and hopefully create new possibilities.
