Ok but why aren't they explaining why Jessica has a Dhampir eye. Also how did she grab the attention of chained we know vampires and humans can't have children so marriage seems pretty weird. Unless Dhampirs don't have that problem, or maybe there is something like a Dhampir factor where Dhampirs can have children with humans but the child is human but part Dhampir so they can have children with vampires. Or maybe the other way around with vampire and Dhampir having a child. I really want Peter to tell Andy something if Quinn wasn't this way you wouldn't have even been born. Then explain how Fex once almost got executed but Quinn went against the whole settlement to save him. I am pretty sure the red vampire leader is the none extreme one and likely Layla and they are being set up by Pure/Dhampir and Luxmas to get rid of her.

It's so obvious that it's the Jim Eno clone who is the leader of the chained. even if I'm wrong it's obviously someone looking for godlike power and collecting powers for his own use. So Jim, Truedream, Sil if he went evil. but honestly Quinn has seen this sort of thing before.

After a few months of laying down this novel, I have finally caught up again

OK I really want to know who the leader of the the Chained are, but I definitely agree with what Quinn, Peter and Minny have said, and to be honest I think Andy knows that they are right as well. I can already see a divide forming between the lieutenants, but in all honesty Quinn can't be blamed for that.
