The penalty is ridiculous and was setting him up to fail, not only that but the amount of blood he needs to gain a stat keep rising ridiculously as well. When he became a vampire noble with stats at 40 he needed two drops for more stats now at 60+ he needs 100-200 that makes no sense. At most it should have been kept to 1 extra drop with every tenth stat after 40. Also the Dalki being able to take over planets in mere hours just how fast can their ships travel if that was possible why did the system give such an unbeatable quest where everything was stacked against him. Then the penalty it literally looks like you are trying to nerf Quinn you made it so hard for him to gain stats and levels lately but then take away five of each and a level as well as needing to offer a demi god tier equipment that is just too much for a quest he didn't have a chance of beating. Dying in game would not give you such a steep price if the task given wasn't possible in the first place. He didn't even have the option to refuse the quest.

-20 stat points -1 lvl -1 demi-god item... Talk about harsh punishments.

I don't get the logic in this novel sometimes. Hillsong had a full set of the armor, not just his gloves and chest. the fact that every piece was damaged to the point of not being usable makes no sense. also idk how the dalki were able to take all those planets in 2hours.

This literally put quinn back to the stats he had before he fought cindy. so it literally took away his reward for a supposedly impossible quest how does that make any sense

Wow huge penalties for loosing the quests.

i half expect the system to let him gain it back in some manner

Just hoping this setback will be a wake up call for Quinn to grind

first off... dang.. thats a huge set back.. and he also either has to get rid of his demon tier or his gauntlets which both would be a big loss... and let's be honest who truly thinks lvl 70 is the next evolution? I say it'll be 85-100 is when he'll evolve again..

This is a big hit to Quinn. Hmmm im looking at it this way, with whats happening in the Vamp planet, Quinn will most likely be called there. perhaps for a meeting. there are plenty of vamps there (and now shadow users) for him to gain more experiance and levels from as well as MC. whatever is going on there is bound to be an event. So perhaps, before the dalki attack again, we will go on a vamp planet adventure and level Quinn back up from his current defeat. Plus theres blood crystals, didnt Quinn want to try and absorb a blood crystal with his gauntlets? perhaps he can increase his red aura, and then increase his Qi as well and bring them to a balance.

Yea im not feeling This at allll, I think thIs is a little much, Unless this is some kind of set up to make quinn even stronger in the long run

when did it say all of Hilstons armor was damaged. Slicer cut his arms off at his forearms there is his gauntlets and the chest piece was ruined but it didn't say anything about the boots and im assuming he would have pieces to cover his thighs as well so when did those get damaged

At this point, get rid of the system imo, like the mc in solo lviNg did. its served its purpose. Second put vorden in sens body so they have a Super op person on there side. Finally i think the penalties is to balance out sil and the blade twins.

maybe the penalty will be given back as reward in the future

Jesus we all knew that the punishment for failing would be high, but dam losing 5 in all his stats, losing a Level and having to sacrifice one of his best items, considering everything he has just gone through, is a brutal punishment. I wonder what Quinn will do.

That system is a nuisance! But at least it didn't ruin him of his life.

Nerfing Quinn is the penalty. but he actually has more demigod level equipment. he also has the nitro armor that gives him flash speeds. but if I were Quinn I would probably give up the demon tier necklace because it is fundamentally the most difficult to use.
