Definitely Bryce, My read of Arthur leaves me convinced he would not engage in this type of fear tactic of turning the dead into a spectacle. Arthur has more respect. Bryce is a fear and terror kind of guy.its a useful tactic but it's habit forming and ultimately self defeating. Bryce really needs to read the prince he is making his rulers seat less stable just in front of another war that's coming to the vampire world. The Dalki are starting their assault with scouts and Jim's agents. I wonder if the vampires are capable of recovering from the beating they are about to receive while Bryce is trying to scare the populace into greater submission.

I still say it's Arthur. I mean why would Bryce kill her? Unless he's trying out the cryatal just to see how powerful he is with it. But Suzan was on his side. Why would he kill her? Plus Dalki being in the area, I'd still say it was Arthur.

Am waiting for Erin to go berserk I don't think the Dhampir nature would be that easy to control and Bliss's prophecy has yet to come true. Third leader has been killed and the Dalki have been found. I bet Erin is going to get blamed if they figure out what she is.

To be honest I'm not sure that Arthur would do something like that to Susan, as his mere presence is enough to terrify most vampires, but I suppose he could be sending Bryce and his allies a messege. Long ago, the vampires lived in peace and harmony, until Quinn came into the picture ( lol, that's an exaggeration of sorts but still true). Now there's chaos and disorder with secrets being revealed and revenge being served. We had coffee for the human war against the Dalki. But for the vampires against the former punishers leader and dalki we need alcohol for the situation. We all might start having mental issues from overindulgence in an imaginary war; XD. It's impressive how Erin grows. Mastering your own sword style is deserving an accolade. I already see her playing a big role in this war
