Just because you want to use the greedy-human trope, you don’t have to forget common sense, with a war that could break out at any moment, the most logical thing would be to offer lower level books to all. If you have up to level 8 you wouldn’t feel threatened by levels 1 or 2 ability and it would increase human strength immensely overall. The government has no interest in making humanity lose the war.

Your should explain more on why the 'mysterious man' man is interested in Quinn. Just becuase he didnt took a skill-book and isn't realted to the 'pure' sounds a bit weak. Why would that make him special? Or maybe he is just dumb, or ignorant, or a strange kind of rebel.

*sigh* is this going to be one of those novels where most of the novel is just the mc being mocked cos the author can't think of any plot?

Wow thats crazy the military was not only built them back up but they are also going to make there relying on them from the rest of there lifes. like im impressed but that kinda suckes that they are doing this to orphans that might of lost there lifes fighting for them...

Actually there was no need to mention the mysterious man's thoughts because if you dare wrote then you freakin' forget the meaning of the word 'mysterious . And the whole debt of gratitude of the students to the military, you make it seem like the world is so cheap! Why the heck is this rank 1?!
