The explanation explains a lot of things then. Oppenheimer technically is the first True Emperor in a sense. But he prob was allowed to be become the Emperor because what he did was gonna solidify the plans of the Ancestors. I can’t imagine just how good he had to have been when it came to the use of Destiny. It would be nice to get a side story about how Oppenheimer rose and got the Authority. Especially due to the fact that he was basically unknown to all.
