Amazing. my theory is that the E means Exceeded, as in "He while in the Firmaments of Ascendency, he exceeded the pinnacle of the Firmaments, reaching the stage only available to those who forged their Reality while still at the Cosmic Filament". I will guess that there are 3 Possible E's, Soul, Body and Origin, and Noah will achieve them before reaching Reality. Less probably, but maybe the E means Exceeded, but only for those who still did not break their shackles (7th Firmament)but still somehow exceed the Firmaments, which in my opinion would be an even more amazing feat than simply surpassing the Firmaments while in the pinnacle 9th Firmament. Maybe now Noah will only break his shackles when he achieves the 3 E's, which in turn will give him even more absurd boosts and advantages when he reaches the Pinnacle 9th Firmament and Reality, but that's only my expeculation, albeit one that i highly think is probable.

The ‘E’ could also just be the rank of the soul. It said he entered a strata and I am guessing their are stages in that strata so it could be that the stages go from ‘E’ to ‘A’ or maybe ‘S’.
