Let's be real here it's obvious they are trying to either destroy those universe's to comprehend ruination like that first guy or create something akin to a partial cosmos or group of universes strong enough to travel ruination. If they aren't trying to reach antiquity by destroying so many beings thereby affecting them but only for a moment which seems unlikely.

I'd like Noah to foil their plans - he just needs to snitch and they will fail.
