If Alexander ends up staying alive and kicking, he'll still go on at living forever, meanwhile Abigail will possibly grow old if she overcomes her cancer. One way or another, he'll have to see her die. Either he'll have her kill him right before she'd die, just so they'd move on to another life together, or I believe and I HOPE there's a way for him to turn her into what he is. This way, they'll always be together and she'd reign with him over the world. I wonder if he can have children... Anyway, here are my thoughts. I hope it'll end well.

Def loved the emotions going on between Abi and Alex, how both are understanding of each other and how desperately they want to be together but situation does not allow it. How one is begging to die and the other begs to live while at the same time want to spend time together.

None of us (except Kazzen) knows what is going to happen here. Abi never got to the end of the dream/vision, so there is no guarantee that this is the end of Alex. The only "for sures" are the knife, the smoke, and Alex covered in blood. He may get stabbed, yet not die and I don't think Abi will succumb to any hypnosis. She will not forget any of this or forgive Xavier.
