Well this has just two ways. Sad and Good. Sad cuz maybe Alex starts treating her coldly and by those last days for the 31 ones it would be their separation. At the end he would convince himself that she is another girl xd and even try to be with other girls which if Abi knows it would hurt her but he maybe first would try to lie to himself that he does not need her yet at the end he would discover her sickness and goes back to her (or not). Or this can go in the good way were he goes above and beyong to make their relationship strong and witht he time he would know about her sickness.
