i wouldnt go far to say he is dumb because i agree with him there are things worse than death, but and here is what i dont understand, the beeing that gave him that system is some kind of god probably, im 100% sure that if a god wants to enslave you there is nothing he could do against it.

Feels like a chapter is missing. Since they keep discussing a doctor and special tumor medication. Guessing there should be a part where MC convinces his friend to help him with the explanation that a doctor he met gave him medicine for his tumor. But he wants to test it on mice first to make sure it’s safe.
