All these cliches are telling me that this novel might not have a good future. But i really hope that i am wrong and this story will suddently turn innovative and interesting from being boring,totaly generic cliche and plotarmour.

Meh, how is MC dismissing them putting him in jail, trying to ruin his friends business and more? He should be able to silently eliminate them without any trace and perhaps destroy their parents company as well. It's anime dumb move to leave your enemies alive like this.
