Well that explains why itachi couldn't communicate with his zampakto spirit, it didnt have a name to begin with, hopefully we lose all the haters and we can see something fun unfold from this story when you get back :D

The good thing with the Rinnegan is that now he has affinities with all elements and can fuse them and he no longer need to use hand signs. Can’t wait to see what kind of techniques he creates and let’s not forget about his Zanpakuto, now he will be able to use his strength to the maximum and keep growing

lol all the haters who dropped are probably gonna regret this. anyways I don't care if Itachi is weak or even just a mentor of the main protagonist, all I care about is because it's freaking Itachi Uchiha.

Another brilliant installment! Great job 👏 ! Well done 👍! I love it! I am dying to know what happens next! :) It's funny that just after those people dropped the story, they finally got what they wanted - Itachi becoming stronger and awakening his zanpaktou. Only those still loyal to the story get to enjoy the rewards lol The author has attempted to explain that Itachi is already very strong as he is, stronger than Shunsui Kyoraku and his abilities has greatly improved since then. Part of what limited him was fear of hurting his comrades so he couldn't use his Susanoo's full power, which was capable of hurting Transcendent Aizen and his shield was capable of blocking attacks that would have even injured Ichigo. This is already pretty OP as it is, he was likely the 3rd strongest character at that point. And while Ichigo loses his powers, Itachi is about to get a whole lot stronger right now. Also remember that Itachi made a difference: He saved Gin's life, he sealed away Aizen, Tousen, and Ulquiorra forever. He even recovered the Hogyoku from Aizen. He is going to become a Captain, one on par with Yamamoto, if not exceeding him. With the Rinnegan comes a whole new assortment of hax and powers that will become game-breaking, like bringing people back to life!

Loving your story. I actually like that you didn’t give Itachi a Zanpakuto straight away but let him fully explore and excel in the basics of a shinigami. This way he slowly powered up over time with his prodigious talent and now any power he unlocks will catapult him in power without many downsides like him relying on it Andy not the basics. It reminds me of a one piece fanfiction where the main character didn’t eat a devil fruit and didn’t learn any Haki for a long time besides armament which he could use from a young age. He basically trained his body and used his Haki very sparingly so that when he eventually unlocked observation Haki he suddenly skyrocketed in combat power. He only ever used just enough power to beat his enemies so he flew under the radar for the entire story. Was a fun read. Thanks for the mass release. Amazing.
