Not sure why you think this was boring For me the philosophy and reasoning of people can be very fascinating and you gave the characters in this chapter interesting ones without making it difficult to understand which is very big deal in my opinion Just my opinion if following chapters feels less good to you the author, don't be afraid to throw something in just for your own preferences after all your thoughts are the building blocks of this story "use what legos you want to use"
