Puzzled by the wishes of your character, I mean what is the point of asking to have space time powers when he could have learned space time jutsu by inventing them or improve upon existing ones by himself? Also chakra control can easily be trained another useless wish in my opinion... Story had potential but again was ruined by nonsensical powers granted by pointless wishes...

although I think the individual wishes are.. questionable... the final outcome is fine. not too OP. not useless.. ima just imagine he wished 1- to be reborn in naruto 2- Perfect control for Wind and water 3- Kamui I do wonder if the final wish of getting married to Lucy has meaning. I dont mind the wish I think it's interesting and unique.

For me i like the wishes? I'm glad its not way over the top OP wish.
