I will drop it here , until like 6 months later .. I know that she’s the fmc but the one sided thing is remind of the reason I dropped , supreme magus , the story is great but there is always this forced side that the MC has to do … I will see you after this part of the arch is done

I just came back, and I guess I'm gonna drop this again or skip to end of this ordeal, or skip chapters that there is Ruby on it. I just got the feeling of reading a force scenario.

As much as i would prefer that ruby just died I cant imagine the author insisting on this plotline for no reason. Just some food for thought

This soulmate thing is so ridiculous. It's like corruption. An inevitable fate that no one can do anything to change. I find it funny, that Jake wants to control his own destiny and avoid corruption. But you force this soulmate thing at all costs.

As I read somewhere else: "Sometimes, Fate is a B****". I don't understand this hype around her. At some point, even if you want to feel sympathy toward her pitiful state, you can't help but grit your teeth because the plot is so twisted in favor of her survival. But as I would like to find fault with your plot choices, I must admit she deploys passionate conversations, and for this, you won. There is nothing more boring than a character who fits our taste perfectly. But I would add that when a character is too hated or deviate too much, the story also becomes boring. I want to warn you not to stretch this plot too long if you don't want your readers to stop following your story. I'll keep reading for now.

I want to see Ruby dead. Is it too much to ask?

I was happy when the MC gained a class focused on intelligence. Now all my happiness has been drained by this demon called Ruby. How many times is the author going to make Jake a puppy? It doesn't even make sense for him to save her. No matter the low rank, no matter the rewards. Just let her die. If the Oracle is so treacherous, then it's better to join the digesters.

The MC should go back to the Earth Government and kill them for setting him up and putting her in his ordeal one after another, causing him all this life threatening trouble.
