author, i have a question. Now that Jake has tons and tons of aether wouldnt it be feasible to increase some stats with this aether or at least show how much it would cost to increase true will with aether? it seems long forgotten the times when jake was striving to max his stats as an human and using aether points like an rpg. The last thing i remember is that after a certain point it just becomes exponentially expensive but he is now filthy rich compared to before.
maybe i got it wrong then. i thought that because his bloodline does de encoding he would just need to keep adding points.
Grifdacier:For Jake to invest his attribute like in the beginning, he would need a higher grade of aether encodment, only disponible in the oracle store. But why would he do that ? Aether encodment is only good until a certain point, after that he need to buy a higher graded one. It’s also a stupid depense of aether, when he has his self encoment with his bloodline, granting him limitless aether as long as he train in lava and hot stuff.
seeing the title I thought the fake Will died ( the one jake saw ) and that he would meet the true one

why is jake so affected by the corruption? Jakes soul body is of a far higher level than anyone in his group. After all they cant even break the 100 point aether level.. so since the concentration of corruption in jake is enough to affect him, the concentration in his friends should be so high that they would be half crazy but they seem completely unaffected
Great chapter! Looks like things are starting to heat up btw, I just wanted to add that I actually really like that even if the Corruption can be slightly resisted, it can't be stopped completely (at least not yet?), even with high stats. It makes things much more interesting, especially considering how, relatively speaking, weak Jake and company are on the scale of the mirror universe
