It's not a completely bad point Ark, your leaving room for growth in an extraordinary world and opportunities for a far more expansive story and universe. Even possible side stories you can work on when you need a break or even exploitive points in the novel that some competent fans can use for their own theories or even fan-fics! Really loving Jake's complete commitment to getting stronger for survival's sake, it's one thing to have an environment or story element motivate the MC to strive for betterment or strength but so few can actually, competently commune the feelings of a character and their desires/fears through writing in such interesting fashion. Either way! much love and really appreciate the daily uploads <33 I've been working really l8 nights recently away from home and it's just really refreshing getting to read something so thought provoking and entertaining in the morning every day. cx

Why is this trial lasting so long? All the prior talking about people only lasting a couple minutes seems like the author was intentionally lying or doesn’t understand pacing well. We’re 300 pages in and only barely through the second trial and there are no risks. I would expected him to already be at or near the 5th and 1st true ordeal by now
