In order for there to be a batman his parents must die, the trauma of losing his parents made Bruce strong. Not physically but mentally. His strong will was forged from the death of his parents.
alot better then last time tho if those to are friends and the MC's parents die before tony's then bruce can be adopted by tony's father, hopefully their companies merge together cause i don't think hydra will miss a chance to put their people in place to take over MC's company. the merger can be completed before tony's father is assassinated (also MC's parents dying to assassination is more believable then a mugging) that way the can be "like" brothers and can manage the company together. Do Not Forget (like every other fan fic) the genius minds who became villians due to lack of funding causing "accidents" and talented heros like gwen and peter as well as others who can improve the company (batman had a talent in finding talented people)
