i still dont get why is he wasting his time in business instead of trying to learn more magical techniques like multi-form technique of tien and piccolo , i am sure if pushed enough in a casual spar tien would eventually use that technique for him to copy unless it was created later, but he really didnt need to waste his time on business as after he introduces himself he can sell frieza empire tech blueprints to bulma for quick cash

Why buy buildings and tear them down when he can just buy empty plots and build something? Why buy another corportation building when he can apparently just make them? Why not work with bulma?
