This is making me tear up. Shiro has been so strong for so long, never giving in. . . . . ... What’s crazy is that she hasn’t even given in! Shiro might be a mental wreck right now, but she still hasn’t given up. If she had given up, she would have already fallen. What Gaia said is true. Shiro always held on the longest, never gave in. Her thoughts are not the same as her actions. Based on this chapter, I think shiro hasn’t actually given up. It’s her... Well, her fear that’s holding her back. She wants to fight but she’s scared now. What’s absolutely terrifying is that shiro is scared at all. Because this is not something I ever would have expected to happen, is shiro actually afraid.
