So as I promised here is part two of genome and storing genetic info. Where do I continue? Let me first elaborate a little more on chromosomes. So chromosomes are condensed DNA, they are made up of two chromatides (so if you imagine a X you split it vertically and you get > < these are the chromatides, joined together in the centromere) During mitosis (cell division) the chromosomes are aligned along the central axis of the cell (I think it's called equatorial plate in English) and then torn apart at the centromere. So each of your cells gets one chromatide of each chromosome. For more details on cell division etc please read it up yourselves, it is extensive and complicated and I myself am no specialist in cell biology I am more of a medicinal chemist. So these chromatides are made up of chromatine. That is your DNA spun around proteins called Histones and some stabilization proteins. Some info by the side: Your DNA in each cell is 1,8 m long, codes for 23k genes and consists of 3,27 e+9 base pairs. Those Histones are pretty awesome proteins, they are made up of 8 sub parts and are highly conserved. Means that nature and their function made it so that since Histones have been a thing they nearly didn't change at all and nearly never mutate. Onto DNA itself. It stands for deoxyribonucleic acid, I don't how often I have seen mistakes in this word on the internet or someone not knowing what it stands for, so here you have it. This is a polymer consisting of a phosphate-sugar backbone {so ribose (a sugar) and phosphate (the non acidic [anionic] form of phosphoric acid)} and the so called nucleobases (These are the 4 letters ATCG you always see) and those code the information stored. Remember ATP the energy of our life? Well that's the A part, at least before it is inserted into the DNA. So imma do a part three cause wordcount. Hope you liked it, see you around, have a beautiful day and stay healthy đ
Fun? Fact: on avg, humans eat 2.5kg of insects per year(im 95% certain its per year and not in the entire life-checked that info about 15 years ago so forgive me) this is mainly from breathing microscopic insect eggs and insect parts flying in the air. P.S. On avg every chocolate bar has 8 spider legs inside
Would she really need all 5 primordial divinities to win against that corruption thing? Like even without them, Shiro is too OP đ, but now she has Ouranosâ divinity, which basically makes her the most powerful human there, rightđ¤? Since they havenât had anyone gettting any primordial divinity in a while.đ¤
