Sorry, I can't help myself but ask. Why ain't there any dialogues. Is it related to your writing style? I haven't found it annoying yet as the story is letting me immerse myself into it.

I like the foreshadowing sprinkled in about her dreams and visions. Still very detail heavy, some perhaps not needed, but it is well-written. Your research is very through, and there is enough here to beg a reader to want more. In particular, the bit about seeing doctors and having them tell her that they are doctors so they are right was relatable to me and implied a bigger problem they couldn’t detect. Likewise, the details about traveling are what seemed unnecessary. No need to change things, just my opinion.
