RIP consistency. What happened to emperor beasts "storing excess mass" with life sculpting when morphing into humans? So does tyris's "Lady form" actually weigh thousands of tonnes? Not to mention that gravity does nothing about inertia. Even with "gravity fusion" emperor beasts would still break the ground like stilletos on a mud road. This new recton makes it idiotic for emperor beasts to revert back into their natural form for combat. Not only does a human form mean a smaller target that can use weapons, but the force concentration thanks to size and inertia makes their natural forms akin to foam fists in comparison. sigh...
Why do blue core awaken feel weak in this chapter or a a few back? Also I thought when emperor beast shapeshift into a smaller form, their mass is condensed, why did it get changed again? Can someone please explain the difference between awaken and fake mage? I thought awakened can cast spells with their mind and now it says Lith couldnt cast spell, first half of the chapter says he was preparing sp, last half says he couldn't cast spell ? There is too much inconsistency, what happens to the death hand(cant remember the name of the darkness 4 arm spell he uses), he is fighting males, so there isnt an excuse not to use it, vamparic touch is there, he grabbed his arm a couple of times, he could even span low level tier spells for distraction if he doesnt want to use AOE skills in civilian zone, and I assume they should be around scorpicore level when he was light blue core during the academic days but they seem weaker. I dont know if it's just me or the slice of life in this series is more detailed and explained than the combat, sometimes the combat is epic, sometimes the feel isnt there as even high tier spells or physique can look weak depending on the descriptions. Like when author says "he released all the spells on the ready" but nothing to show if its strong, weak, made a difference, and so on, .
